wwwaq999's commitment to responsible gaming
Set limits to keep the enjoyment of entertainment alive. wwwaq999 is committed to giving you a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming experience.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online casino and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. However, uncontrolled gaming can have a negative impact on your personal, family, and financial life. wwwaq999 believes every player should stay informed, protected, and happy. That is why we have placed responsible gaming principles at the heart of our platform.
Playing responsibly means deciding in advance how much time you will spend and how much money you will use. It means playing for entertainment, not in pursuit of winnings. At wwwaq999 we provide various tools and support services to help you stay in control.
Remember — responsible gaming is not just a rule; it is a conscious decision to protect yourself and your family. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, our 24/7 support team is always here for you.
Our safe gaming policy
wwwaq999 strictly follows the six principles below for every player.
21+ age policy
wwwaq999 is for people aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration. There is no way for minors to create an account and this is strictly enforced.
Deposit limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time control
Set a daily session time limit so you do not spend more time than intended. When the set time is up you will receive a notification and your session will end automatically.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a break, exclude yourself for a set period — from 1 week up to permanently. This decision can be made at any time.
Reality check
Take regular breaks. Our platform will send you a "Take a break" message after a certain amount of time so you can stay aware and make alert decisions.
24/7 Support
For any issue, our Bengali-language support team is always ready. Reaching out via live chat will get you fast and empathetic assistance.
Approved for adults only
Age verification policy
wwwaq999 operates for individuals aged 21 and above only. This is the most important part of our responsible gaming policy. Age is verified at registration through a national ID or valid identity document.
We have put in place strict technical and procedural measures to ensure that minors cannot access the platform in any way. If an account holder is later identified as a minor, that account will be suspended immediately.
If there are minors in your home, use password protection on your device and keep your login details private. Responsible parenting is just as important as responsible gaming.
Warning signs of a problem
If you notice the following signs in yourself, they may be early indicators of problem gambling. The wisest thing to do is to become aware in time and seek help.
- Wanting to place bigger bets to recover losses — the repeated thought that "one more win will fix everything."
- Cutting back time with family, friends, or work because of gaming, and neglecting everyday responsibilities.
- Spending more than your set budget and being unable to stop even after suffering losses.
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or close ones, or lying about it.
- Feeling irritable, restless, or anxious when you are unable to game.
- Taking out loans, dipping into savings, or borrowing money from others to fund gaming.
- Repeatedly saying "this is the last time" but being unable to stop and losing control over your own decisions.

Assess yourself
Ask yourself the questions below. Answering honestly will help you understand how healthy your gaming habits are.
Sticking to your budget?
Do you set a specific budget before playing and stick to it?
Sticking to your time?
Do you decide how long you will play before you start and manage to stop when that time is up?
Does your family know?
Is your family aware of your gaming activity, and are they comfortable with it?
Just for fun?
Do you play purely for entertainment, or do you treat it as a source of income?
If any of these questions make you uncomfortable or you find yourself answering "no," talk to our support team. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
